Welcome To RCBOA…….

We are now going into our 11th year. RCBOA was founded with a few basic principles in mind. Training, hard work, and most importantly, “The right officials for the right games.”

As high school athlete’s level of skill is rapidly advancing, the high school officials must also advance. Officials can only accomplish this by proper training. RCBOA offers that training.

RCBOA ranks one of the highest in California for instruction, league play, and official selection

RCBOA has some of the top officials in the state. Many of our officials work CIF Southern Section playoffs all the way to the Southern Section finals, the CIF State playoffs, and finals.

We also have many officials who have advanced to the college level, working JC, DIII, and DII. This all was made possible through official mentoring, the official’s hard work, and dedication.
